We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain bespoke or intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Access your account or use the 'Guest Returns' portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital Return Authorization.
Prepare the Shipment
Place the items in the original shipping box, ensuring all branded packaging and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the prepaid DHL shipping label provided in your original order to the exterior of the box and schedule a collection or drop-off.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
